Psychological assessment and psychotherapy

In order to evolve, human beings must develop in a varied environment and this requires remarkable adaptability.

However, at different times during our life, adaptation can be challenging and our usual resources may become ineffective in coping with the situations that present themselves.

In such a context, the help of a psychologist may be helpful.

When to Seek Help:

There are a variety of reasons why a person may seek help from a psychologist. We may be faced with a crisis, a personal impasse, a persistent discomfort; we may feel unsupported when a loved one is sick or be unable to integrate a difficult experience; or we may want to transform a behavior or aspect of our life that affects our well-being.
